David White served as Contributing Editor for a new eDiscovery publication by the Sedona Conference, "Database Principles: Addressing the Preservation and Production of Databases in Civil Litigation." Drawing on his vast expertise gained through past experience building and managing large relation database systems, and his daily practice in the eDiscovery trenches, David served as a contributing writer and editor of the recently published piece, which recommends "best practice" approaches to requesting and producing information stored in databases, and explores the diverse and complicated ways in which database information can be stored, preserved, collected and produced.
