Ailis L. Burpee is a litigator who constantly seeks to learn more about her clients' business and how litigation will impact both her clients and the marketplace in which they compete.

Ms. Burpee is an associate in the Commercial Litigation practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Atlanta office where she represents Plaintiffs and Defendants in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, trademark litigation, and patent litigation and licensing.  Ms. Burpee has experience in all phases of litigation and has represented clients in district courts, as well as in Section 337 Investigations before the International Trade Commission.
