Ms. Light is an analyst with the Affirmative Action Diversity Consulting Team of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Light joined Seyfarth Shaw LLP in 2015 with a background in Diversity & Inclusion, project management, and Economics.

Ms. Light specializes in all facets of affirmative action program development, development of statistical analyses, technical assistance, compliance evaluation preparation and management and all phases of the OFCCP compliance review process.

Ms. Light has assisted single and multi-facility establishments across a variety of industries on a nationwide basis. Her expertise includes:

  • Compensation analysis, including the model currently recommended by the National Office of the OFCCP; Impact ratio analysis using individual client human resources information to analyze employment activity such as internal and external applicants, hires, promotions, transfers and terminations;
  • Preparation for OFCCP Compliance Review, including self-audits and the gathering of materials responsive to an OFCCP request for documents; and
  • Development of affirmative action plans using clients’ databases or other information, including assistance in developing internal reporting and auditing mechanisms for affirmative action compliance
