Biography
Ms. Boyer is counsel in the Structured & Real Estate Finance practice group in the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of lenders in financing and refinancing commercial real estate properties across the country. In addition, Ms. Boyer has experience in representing both purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and dispostion of commercial properties as well as in preparing and negotiating commercial leases.
Ms. Boyer is active in the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta program and serves on the leadership team for the working women's ministry at Peachtree Presbyterian Church.
