Ms. Brossard is a data analyst with the Affirmative Action Consulting Team of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She specializes in all facets of affirmative action program development, development of statistical analyses and technical assistance.

Ms. Brossard joined Seyfarth Shaw in August 2006 after serving as an Employee Relations/Affirmative Action Consultant at a prominent financial institution. Previously, Ms. Brossard was Corporate Manager, Equal Employment Opportunity for a diversified international manufacturer. Ms. Brossard has extensive experience in the private sector as a human resources professional. She has 11 years experience specializing in all facets of affirmative action program development, analysis, and management of all phases of the OFCCP compliance review process.

Ms. Brossard has assisted clients in a variety of industries across multi-facility establishments on a nationwide basis. Her prior experience includes: 

  • Development of affirmative action plans using databases or other information, including assistance in developing internal reporting and auditing mechanisms for affirmative action compliance. 
  • Training of human resources staff responsible for affirmative action compliance and affirmative action plan development. 
  • Compensation analysis, including the model currently recommended by the National Office of the OFCCP; Impact ratio analysis using individual human resources information to analyze employment activity such as internal and external applicants, hires, promotions, transfers and terminations. 
  • Preparation for the OFCCP Compliance Review, including self audits and the gathering of materials responsive to an OFCCP request for documents.
