Ms. Levin is an associate in the Corporate and Finance Department in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw.  Ms. Levin concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, general corporate matters, joint ventures and other complex business transactions.  Ms. Levin has extensive experience representing businesses in complex acquisitions and divestitures, and also regularly provides clients with corporate governance advice and counseling regarding a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters.  Ms. Levin is also experienced in structuring and negotiating venture capital and other private equity financing arrangements, as well as counseling clients on securities law matters.  She has represented businesses across a wide range of industries including pharma, life sciences, public utilities, health care, technology, supply chain and logistics, manufacturing, retailers, insurance and banking. Ms. Levin has worked with domestic companies involved in international acquisitions and dispositions as well as international clients transacting business in the United States.   

Ms. Levin received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, in 2006 from the Valparaiso University School of Law where she served as the Executive Editor of Publications of the Valparaiso University School of Law Review.  She graduated from Marquette University in 2003 with a B.S. in finance where she was also a four year letterwinner as a member of the women’s NCAA Division I volleyball team.  Ms. Levin currently serves on the Ambassadors Council to The First Tee of Greater Chicago, and is involved in numerous philanthropic and charitable activities in the Chicago area.
