Ms. Pinske is senior counsel in the Los Angeles office, where her practice is focused on advising employers in various aspects of labor and employment law.  Her practice has a particular emphasis in the areas of human resources and employment relations; employee handbooks and personnel policies; discipline and termination decisions; training; position statements and internal investigations, including wage and hour issues; reasonable accommodation issues; leave of absence issues; and compliance with state and federal employment laws. 

She assists employers in establishing appropriate labor and employment policies and procedures in all areas of the employment relationship, including those involving compliance with wage and hour payment laws and regulations; discrimination and harassment avoidance; medical leave; protection of employers’ intellectual property and related matters; independent contractor relationships; drug and alcohol testing; and workplace violence.  Ms. Pinske also conducts employment policy and wage-hour compliance audits.

She has extensive employment litigation experience in state and federal courts in California and Minnesota, involving wage and hour, contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims.  Ms. Pinske's litigation background includes class action and jury trial experience.
