Ms. Anapolsky is an associate in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Her business and commercial litigation practice encompasses defense and prosecution of claims involving business torts, trade secrets, unfair competition, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, bad faith/insurance, product liability, and complex securities litigation.  She has counseled and represented clients in all phases of litigation, including initiation and defense of lawsuits, at settlement, at mediation, and at trial.  Ms. Anapolsky is also experienced in NASD/FINRA arbitrations.  In addition, Ms. Anapolsky has substantial experience in obtaining prejudgment remedies for her clients, including writs of attachment, writs of possession, and receiverships.  She is also well-versed in drafting and negotiating various business agreements, including asset purchase agreements, loan forbearance agreements, and guaranty agreements. 

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Ms. Anapolsky represents employers in complex labor and employment litigation matters, particularly in representative and class actions regarding California Labor Code and wage order violations.

Prior to joining Seyfarth, Ms. Anapolsky represented private and public companies in corporate and securities transactions.

Ms. Anapolsky is also a member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice.
