Biography
Ms. Duprey is a partner representing management in the area of employment law. She has experience litigating matters under various federal and state statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and 42 U.S.C. ยงยง 1981, 1983. Her practice has a particular emphasis on class actions and trial work. Ms. Duprey is a member of the Complex Discrimination Litigation Practice Group.
Ms. Duprey currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University School of Law, where she teaches Introduction to Trial Advocacy. She is also a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee and and Hiring Committee and is active in civic affairs.
