Mr. Musante is an associate in the Sacramento office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  He is a member of the Labor & Employment Department and his practice involves representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and breach of contract.

Mr. Musante is active supporting the efforts of the Voluntary Legal Services Program of Northern California by volunteering his services 2-4 hours a week.
