Ashley M. Heggi is Counsel in the Labor & Employment department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Her practice focuses on advising employers concerning various employment-related issues, including compliance with California and federal anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, wage and hour, paid sick time, and leave laws.  Ms. Heggi also advises California employers in the creation of employment policies and procedures, conducts workplace investigations, assists employers in negotiating employee severance agreements, and counsels employers with respect to employee discipline and terminations.

Ms. Heggi also has expertise in all aspects of employment litigation on behalf of both public and private employers, including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour, and workers’ compensation matters.  Her clients have included large retailers, defense contractors, and municipalities, as well as small companies and individuals.
