Mr. Wong is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He focuses his practice on all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, employee leave-law violations, business torts, and class-action litigation.

Prior to joining Seyfarth, Mr. Wong counseled management clients in federal and state employment litigation, including individual and representative age and hour actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other wrongful termination claims. He represented clients in employment-related government investigations by such agencies as the IRS , EEOC, DOJ Office of Special Counsel, and California DLSE and DFEH. Mr. Wong has also advised Silicon Valley clients on a full spectrum of international and domestic employment issues, including engagement of employees and contractors, protection of confidential and proprietary information and invention assignment, data privacy, wage and hour compliance, overtime exemptions, contractor classification, leave policies and procedures, cost-cutting and reductions in force, employer policies and handbooks, and termination of employment.
