Biography
Ms. Gruszka is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her primary focus is defending employers in employment discrimination litigation, including an emphasis on class action and multi-plaintiff cases. She also represents employers in a wide variety of state and federal employment matters, including employment contracts, harassment claims, and wage and hour lawsuits.
Additionally, Ms. Gruszka counsels management and human resources professionals on various workplace issues, including internal complaints and investigations, handling accommodation requests, and managing employee performance.
Ms. Gruszka is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Runaway Switchboard, the federally designated national communications system for runaway and homeless youth. She was recognized by Super Lawyers as a 2011 “Rising Star” in Illinois.
