Biography
Mr. Kessler is an associate in the Boston Office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice is focused on advising businesses in transactions for clients ranging from startups to public companies. He counsels clients through the lifecycle of their businesses in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, debt financings, securities matters, technology licensing and commercial transactions.
Some representative matters include: representing a public company in a rollup of companies in the health care space, an inventor in a multi-party intellectual property licensing transaction and a VC-backed company in a late-stage, down-round financing.
Prior to law school, Mr. Kessler was a software engineer with several years of high-tech experience.
