People: Caroline A. Keller, Associate
Biography
Ms. Keller is an associate in Labor & Employment Department in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Previously a member of the Government Contracts Practice Group, her recent work includes assisting with bid protests before the GAO and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, counseling contractors on a range of federal statutes and regulations, defending contractors against False Claims Act actions, and conducting investigations in white collar criminal defense matters involving allegations of government procurement related misconduct.
Ms. Keller served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas C. Wheeler at the United States Court of Federal Claims upon her graduation from law school. While attending law school, Ms. Keller interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia, and for Chief Judge Edward J. Damich at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
