Christine's experience includes acquisitions and dispositions of commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, multifamily residential, and development properties throughout the United States. She also represents clients in all aspects of real estate financing, including permanent, construction, and securitized mortgage loans, joint venture, credit facilities, multiproperty loan portfolios, loan modifications, and loan assumptions.

In addition, Christine assists clients in the organization, formation and restructuring of business entities, including special purpose and bankruptcy remote entities, as well as all aspects of due diligence matters.
