Biography
Mr. Williams is a partner in the Business Services Department and the Real Estate Practice Group in the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Williams has extensive experience in a wide variety of complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale and development of commercial property and real estate portfolios; the representation of developers and lenders in connection with secured loan transactions; the formation of real estate funds; and the structuring of partnerships and limited liability companies to serve as vehicles for the ownership, financing, development and management of real estate assets.
Mr. Williams also speaks French and German.
