Ms. Walsh secures H-1B, TN, E, O, and B nonimmigrant visas on behalf of clients, as well as permanent resident visas based on labor certification, outstanding researcher, extraordinary ability, and international manager/executive classification. She has advised clients in the financial services, management consulting, and education sectors on H-3 and J-1 training programs and has practiced extensively in the area of naturalization.

Prior to joining Seyfarth, Ms. Walsh spent over fourteen years at a prominent immigration law firm in Boston.
