Biography
Ms. Walsh is counsel in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She has over fifteen years of experience in Immigration and Nationality Law, specializing in employment-based matters. Ms. Walsh secures H-1B, TN, E, O, and B nonimmigrant visas on behalf of clients, as well as permanent resident visas based on labor certification, outstanding researcher, extraordinary ability, and international manager/executive classification. She has advised clients in the financial services, management consulting, and education sectors on H-3 and J-1 training programs and has practiced extensively in the area of naturalization.
Prior to joining Seyfarth, Ms. Walsh spent over fourteen years at a prominent immigration law firm in Boston. She has coauthored articles and served as a panelist for many continuing legal education programs focused on advanced immigration issues. Ms. Walsh received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and holds a B.A. in journalism and political science from Indiana University. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Walsh was a professional writer and editor.
