Mr. Sidman is a partner in the Real Estate Department in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  He has a broad-based practice in the area of commercial real estate, regularly representing institutional investors in connection with their lending, acquisition, disposition and joint venture activities. Mr. Sidman also represents landlords and tenants in transactions throughout the country. He practices extensively in the area of corporate real estate, representing companies in a range of transactions related to the management of their real estate portfolios, including headquarters and branch office leasing, negotiating property management and brokerage agreements,  and advising on the acquisition or disposition of real estate assets in connection with mergers, sell-offs or other corporate transactions.
