People: Eugene Suh, Associate
Biography
Mr. Suh is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. As a member of the Commercial Litigation Department, he focuses his practice on complex tort and contract-based actions in state and federal court. His practice also includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in trade secret misappropriation cases as well as intellectual property litigation. Mr. Suh has extensive experience in trial preparation, discovery, and law and motion.
Prior to joining Seyfarth, Mr. Suh focused his practice on general litigation matters involving commercial litigation, including the prosecution and defense of claims for unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, real estate and mortgage fraud, intellectual property infringement, professional liability, negligence and breach of contract. This prior practice included second-chairing a defamation and business-tort action in state court that resulted in a non-suit for his law firm client, including the recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs.
