Biography
Mr. Michalovsky is an associate in the Corporate Department in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He represents strategic buyers and sellers as well as financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in M&A transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, including chemicals, technology, manufacturing and marketing services. In addition, he advises clients on the full range of general corporate matters, including corporate governance and securities law compliance matters, SEC disclosure filings and the preparation of annual and quarterly reports and proxy statements.

- Griffon Corporation (NYSE: GFF) in its $542 million acquisition of Ames True Temper, Inc., one of the leading manufacturers of non-powered lawn and garden tools
- Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: MWW) in its acquisition of HotJobs from Yahoo!
- Monster Worldwide, Inc. in several other transactions, including its acquisitions of Affinity Labs Inc. and Trovix, Inc.
- One Equity Partners in its acquisition of Columbian Chemicals Company from OCI Company, one of the largest chemicals companies in Korea
