Biography
Ms. Lopez is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department in the Sacramento office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She focuses her practice on all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, employee leave-law violations, business torts, and class-action litigation.
Prior to joining Seyfarth, Ms. Lopez was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christopher M. Klein, Chief Judge of United States Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of California where she also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Thomas C. Holman.
