Biography
Mr. Diekmann is a partner in the San Francisco office. His practice includes employment discrimination matters, wage and hour litigation under state and federal law, wrongful discharge cases, union dispute litigation, fair labor standards litigation, federal contract compliance disputes, civil rights litigation of various types, employee trade secret and unfair competition matters, benefits litigation, employee contract disputes, litigation under federal and state labor statutes, and administrative proceedings before such agencies as the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC), the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and various other state and federal agencies. He has litigated over 70 employment-related class actions, and tried six to defense judgments. He also serves as a professional mediator in complex labor and employment disputes.
