Ms. Levin is the Department Chair of Seyfarth’s National Trusts & Estates Practice. 

In nearly four decades of legal service, Ms. Levin has advised numerous family business owners, wealthy individuals and their survivors, and generations of families, regarding estate planning and post death issues. By taking a practical yet personal approach, Ms. Levin helps survivors make a difficult time easier.

Ms. Levin frequently assists clients with the complicated and often emotional distribution of estate assets among children, stepchildren, and former and surviving spouses in a manner satisfactory to all. She has represented numerous not-for-profit organizations and offers a wealth of experience in creating charitable vehicles to carry out the plans of individual donors. In addition, she draws upon her technical knowledge of intricate employee plan distribution rules to reduce estate and income taxes for closely held business owners.
