Biography
Mr. Sand is an associate in the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and is a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group. Mr. Sand represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including allegations of race, gender, national origin, age, and disability discrimination, breach of contract claims, and labor disputes. Mr. Sand also provides preventative counseling to employers on a variety of employment issues.
Mr. Sand graduated from Vanderbilt Law School in 2008, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board, and was an Associate Justice of the Vanderbilt First Amendment Moot Court Competition. He received a B.A. in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University.
