Jerry is an experienced and aggressive first-chair trial lawyer at the trial and appellate levels, and at alternate dispute resolution forums. As part of his real estate and commercial litigation practice, Jerry handles commercial and tax lien foreclosure actions, mechanics lien foreclosure actions, real estate brokerage disputes, contract actions, insurance coverage disputes, cooperative and condominium disputes, and landlord-tenant disputes. Jerry also represents clients in administrative proceedings, including proceedings before the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
