Biography
Jessica Mendelson is an associate in the Litigation practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She has counseled and represented a variety of clients in the litigation process. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including trade secrets, the defense and prosecution of claims for breach of contract and business torts, as well as construction law and government contracts. She is a regular contributor to Seyfarth’s trade secrets blog, “Trading Secrets.”
During law school, Ms. Mendelson externed for the Honorable Marilyn H. Patel, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. Actively involved in pro bono activities since her time in law school, Ms Mendelson interned full time for the Youth Justice Project at Bay Area Legal Aid prior to joining Seyfarth.
