Mr. Anthony is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  A member of the Labor & Employment Department, he focuses his practice on all levels of both state and federal courts as well as before the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and related state administrative agencies.

Mr. Anthony’s experience includes representation of management in all aspects of the employer/employee relationship, including litigation, counseling, equal employment, policy and procedure review, wage/hour auditing, employment-related litigation, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, and related matters concerning employers, unions and employees.

Mr. Anthony has extensive experience litigating wrongful termination/discrimination cases, as well as wage/hour class actions.
