Mr. Dolan is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Dolan’s practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, with a particular focus on wage and hour class actions. He represents clients in state and federal court in single and multi-plaintiff actions involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Mr. Dolan has defended and counseled employers in a variety of industries, including retail, transportation, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and entertainment.

Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Mr.Dolan specialized in harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims as well as wage and hour claims. Mr. Dolan has also worked on a variety of employment and labor litigation matters, including single plaintiff and class action wage and hour claims, discrimination and harassment actions (including under the FEHA, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, CFRA), whistleblower actions, responses to administrative complaints (including DFEH, EEOC, and DOL), and advice/counseling on various employment issues.
