Biography
Mr. Grey is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He focuses his practice on single plaintiff and multi-plaintiff matters including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Mr. Grey has also counseled and represented private and public-sector employers on issues including unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining and interest arbitration. Mr. Grey performs special projects in Government Contracts and Government Procurement, where he represents agencies and mid-sized and small businesses, including disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned businesses.
Mr. Grey served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Louis Sands of the Middle District of Georgia and as a law clerk to the Honorable Damon J. Keith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Mr. Grey served as an advocate at the Georgetown Juvenile Justice Clinic.
