Mr. Moll is counsel in Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Boston office, concentrating his practice in the representation of colleges, schools and other tax-exempt organizations. He also represents a significant number of for-profit corporations, pharmaceutical organizations, professional practices and lenders.

Mr. Moll's experience includes business sales and acquisitions, conveyancing, the acquisition and development of land, project management, financing, and drafting and negotiating architectural, engineering and construction agreements. He has made appearances before state agencies, planning boards, boards of appeal and conservation commissions throughout Massachusetts.

Mr. Moll serves as outside counsel to a number of Massachusetts colleges and private schools. Recently, he assisted in structuring and documenting a unique consortial and service relationship between an existing college and a newly accredited college. He has revamped the governance structures and conflict of interest policies for various educational institutions.

Mr. Moll also represents such institutions in a variety of corporate, labor and employment, real estate and environmental matters. These matters include obtaining permits and approvals for educational facilities, defending college clients in litigation initiated or threatened by students who have been suspended or involved in disciplinary proceedings, generating college policies and handbooks and developing intellectual property policies and protocols.

Mr. Moll also provides crisis management and crisis communications counseling and training for business organizations of all types.
