Mr. Wolfert is a partner in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and is the head of the firm’s New York Litigation Group. Mr. Wolfert has extensive experience in a wide variety of civil litigation matters throughout the country. His practice focuses on complex insurance coverage, business torts, contract disputes, securities, intellectual property, and bankruptcy litigation.
