Mr. Walker is an associate in the Litigation Department in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Walker concentrates his practice in all areas of intellectual property law and technology.

Mr. Walker provides litigation support in patent litigation matters and has experience analyzing patent claims, prosecution histories and developing infringement and non-infringement positions.  He has experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in a broad range of technologies, including the chemical, medical device, mechanical, and computer technology fields.  Mr. Walker has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for complex hardware/software systems, therapeutic agents, chemical agent detection systems, microfluidic centripetal devices, laboratory instrumentation, diet and nutrition systems, heart pumps, valves, computer hardware and software, data storage systems, pre-paid service systems, systems for rendering web pages, content distribution systems, software licensing systems, and microelectronic devices.

Before joining Seyfarth as an associate, Mr. Walker was a law clerk for the Intellectual Property Practice Group, assisting in a number of copyright, trademark, and patent prosecution and litigation matters.  Prior to attending law school to pursue a career in patent law, Mr. Walker worked as an engineer.
