Mr. Jubelirer is a senior associate in the litigation department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  He is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation and Trade Secrets practice groups and has substantial experience representing and advising clients in all forms of dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration, as well as litigation in both federal and state courts.  Mr. Jubelirer's practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, ediscovery issues, commercial real estate disputes, as well as non-compete and trade secret cases.

Mr. Jubelirer's experience includes a successful bench trial in a commercial real estate dispute; obtaining summary judgment in class action and tort matters; successfully obtaining injunctive relief in non-compete and trade secret cases; and achieving successful settlements for clients in UCC disputes, tort actions, and commercial disputes. 

As a consistent contributor to pro bono matters, Mr. Jubelirer first-chaired an asylum hearing, obtaining asylum for a Chadian refugee.  He has also obtained several settlements for the full amount, or more, of the damages sought in lawsuits filed on behalf of non-profit organizations and low income individuals.

Before joining the law firm, Mr. Jubelirer was a judicial extern for Judge George Marovich in the Northern District of Illinois.
