Biography
Mr. Kurtz is an associate in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Real Estate Practice Group, he focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including real estate development, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Mr. Kurtz also represents lenders, developers, owners and investors in a wide variety of financing transactions, including acquisition, permanent, interim/bridge, construction and mezzanine loans.
Mr. Kurtz has lectured and published articles on numerous real estate matters. Mr. Kurtz's lectures have covered lien law issues and title insurance coverage for lenders and purchasers, and his articles have appeared in the New York Law Journal and the Real Estate Finance Journal.
