Ms. Brodsky is an associate in the Los Angeles – Century City office of Seyfarth Shaw. As a member of the Labor & Employment department, she represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, and class action matters. Ms. Brodsky's experience includes the defense of wage and hour class action claims involving meal break, rest break, misclassification, overtime, and work-off-the-clock allegations.
