Ms. Yoon is counsel in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  As a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Yoon has represented pension fund advisors, joint ventures, REITs and other institutional investors and high net worth individuals in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of hotels, office buildings, industrial buildings, and apartment buildings.  Ms. Yoon has also represented both institutional landlords and corporate tenants of office buildings and shopping centers in connection with leasing and related matters, and financial institutions and borrowers in connection with commercial mortgage and other loans.
