Kathy has almost two decades of experience as a real estate attorney representing a wide range of clients, including pension fund advisors, REITs and other institutional clients, and high-net worth individuals. She has worked on a broad variety of real estate transactions, including leasing, finance, acquisition, and disposition of all kinds of real estate projects, such as hotels, office buildings, industrial buildings, apartment complexes, and shopping centers. Her clients have included tenants and landlords, buyers and sellers, and borrowers and lenders.

Kathy has broad experience with all aspects of real estate transactions and clients of all types. She speaks to different concerns and perspectives, and provides practical solutions for legal and nonlegal matters, serving her clients' best interests.
