Katrina is a Senior Associate in the International Employment Law practice at Seyfarth Shaw Australia.
 
Katrina is a workplace relations lawyer with extensive litigation experience. She regularly assists leading employers to manage industrial and employment related disputes, including in relation to restructuring, enterprise bargaining and industrial action, as well as adverse action and other termination of employment claims.  
 
Katrina has managed of some of the largest industrial disputes in the country and regularly appears before various courts and tribunals, including the Federal Court, the Federal Circuit Court and the Fair Work Commission.
 
Katrina also has significant experience in providing practical and strategic advice to clients across a broad range of industries and on a wide range of employment, industrial relations and discrimination matters.
