Ms. Craig has worked in the legal industry for just under thirty years and is currently the Director of the Project Management Office.  She began her career at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in 1982 and has successfully evolved her career by accepting several promotions during her tenure.  Ms. Craig has extensive experience in management and expertise in several operational areas, including technology applications and knowledge management.  She is one of two founding members of Seyfarth’s Project Management Office.  Ms. Craig obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005 and her Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2006.  She is a member of the Project Management Institute, International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), American Records Management Association (ARMA) and the Midwest Legal Technology Training Group (MLTTG).

As a leader of Seyfarth’s PMO, Ms. Craig oversees the application of project management in the law firm.  Her knowledge of project management principles, in combination with her Six Sigma Lean training and experience, compliment her knowledge of the legal industry to successfully lead projects and her team to effectively partner with the Firm’s attorneys on the delivery of legal services.  Ms. Craig ensures project management discipline in the firm, consists and leverages Lean Six Sigma, technology solutions, process improvement, effective training, change management and controls.  In addition, Ms. Craig has participated and managed several Six Sigma projects.  She has co-authored and provided Lean Six Sigma training for Seyfarth and is instrumental in the continued growth and maturity of the Firm’s SeyfarthLean program.  She is an active member of the SeyfarthLean Steering Committee.
