Ms. Mellen is the National Business/Process Development Coordinator for the Business Immigration Group with responsibility for the group’s business processes and related projects.  A certified green belt, Ms. Mellen oversees the strategic analysis and design of the group's workflows and processes, benchmarking them against industry standards and best practices and maximizing both technological resources and human capital to increase overall operational efficiency and to reduce costs while maintaining the highest levels of client service and responsiveness.  Ms. Mellen leads business requirement meetings, drafts project plans, leads integration and acceptance-testing activities, develops and directs the implementation of new systems and processes, and provides post-implementation support.  Ms. Mellen has also worked in the immigration field since 2000, serving as lead account manager for several large clients.

Ms. Mellen attended Kennesaw State University. She has worked in the legal field since 1992.
