Kori Anderson-Deasy is an associate in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Labor and Employment department, she has represented management in a wide spectrum of labor and employment matters.

Ms. Anderson-Deasy has defended employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations brought under federal and state laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the American with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Massachusetts’ Chapter 151B, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Massachusetts Tip Statute, and the Massachusetts Minimum Wage Law.  She has represented employers before both state and federal courts, as well as federal and state agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and the New York State Division of Human Rights.  Ms. Anderson-Deasy has also successfully represented clients in employment-related contract disputes and tort actions.
