Ms. Robinson is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department in the Washington, D.C. office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Her practice focuses on labor relations under the National Labor Relations Act, employment litigation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and litigation and counseling pursuant to Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Within these areas, she has assisted in labor practice proceedings and represented employers and public accommodations in litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Ms. Robinson’s Title III ADA practice includes responding to claims of architectural and operational barriers to access to public accommodations (e.g. retailers, hotels, restaurants, banks, and health care facilities), advising clients on the ADA’s requirements, and creating compliance policies.

Prior to joining Seyfarth, Ms. Robinson clerked for the Honorable Sharon V. Burrell of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Maryland.
