Ms. Worsek is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice area of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Ms. Worsek counsels clients on the design and implementation of qualified retirement plans and welfare plans and advises on legal developments affecting employee benefits (including health care reform).  She regularly drafts and amends plan documents and summary plan descriptions.  She also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor regarding plan qualification and reporting issues. 

Ms. Worsek has a strong commitment to public service.  She has worked on several pro bono matters, including a successful immigration petition under the Violence Against Women Act, and serves on the firm's pro bono committee.  She is currently a member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Next Generation Board.

Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Ms. Worsek served as a foreign law clerk for Honorable Dorit Beinisch, the President of the Supreme Court of Israel.
