Ms. Zwick is an Associate in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  She is a member of the Labor & Employment Department and a member of the Firm’s Complex Discrimination Litigation Practice Group.  Ms. Zwick litigates class action, multi-plaintiff and single plaintiff matters involving all aspects of employment issues, including discrimination, workplace harassment and retaliation claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and numerous related state laws.  Ms. Zwick has practiced in state and federal courts and agencies in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Minnesota.

Ms. Zwick has counseled human resource personnel on compliance with federal and state employment and labor laws regarding terminations, performance counseling, leaves of absence and accommodations.  Recently, Ms. Zwick has counseled human resource personnel on compliance with various state drug and alcohol testing laws, with a focus on the Minnesota Drug and Alcohol Testing in the Workplace Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zwick served as a temporary law clerk for the Honorable Joan Humphrey Lefkow of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John R. Tunheim of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota
