Biography

Louann Bronstein is a partner in the business law practice group. Louann's transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and on equity and debt financings, including venture capital and mezzanine level financing transactions.

Louann’s broad-based corporate practice covers a diverse array of business and commercial matters, including business formation, business combinations, commercial agreements (including distribution, sales representative, equipment purchase, and software licensing and other software-related agreements), consulting and employment agreements and other general corporate matters. Louann also includes intellectual property law as an ancillary component of her practice.

Her representative clients include manufacturers, distributors, software developers and service providers, and range from start-up companies to internationally known privately held companies. Louann has extensive previous work experience in retail buying and retail management.
