Biography
Ms. Lovely is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the Houston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice areas include a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, corporate finance, securities law, contract review, private equity and private placement related matters, and real estate and commercial transactions and advisory services.
Ms. Lovely earned her Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2010 where she earned the Dean’s Medal of Achievement for her outstanding contributions to Fordham, served as the Student Bar Association President, and participated as a staff member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law.
