 Mr. Mason is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice includes all aspects of state and federal employment litigation, including employment discrimination claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII, the Family & Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and other state and federal statutes. Mr. Mason also litigates single-plaintiff, class and collective actions concerning violations of the California Labor Code and/or the Fair Labor Standards Act. He also has experience with exempt employee misclassification and independent contractor cases.

Mr. Mason is a member of Seyfarth Shaw’s Class Action and Employment Litigation & Counseling practice groups where he serves clients in an array of diverse industries including financial services, insurance, technology, service, transportation, consulting, education and non-profit. He has also provided pro bono assistance to various community programs or organizations including Project Homeless Connect.

Prior to law school, Mr. Mason earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana.
