Mr. Werber is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group.  His practice focuses primarily on areas of intellectual property litigation and counseling.  Mr. Werber has represented some of the world’s largest manufacturers and retailers in federal courts, state courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission in litigation matters involving semiconductors, smart phone mobile devices, e-commerce, information systems, software, mechanical devices, water treatment systems and computerized modeling, among other technologies.  Mr. Werber is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has prepared and prosecuted patent applications involving a variety of technologies.

Prior to starting law school, Mr. Werber worked as a software engineer at Accenture, LLP, formerly known as Andersen Consulting.  At Accenture, he designed and developed software used by Fortune 500 and multi-national power generation and energy delivery companies.
