Mr. Sank is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. A member of the Labor & Employment Department, his practice involves representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and breach of contract.
