Ms. Dutt is a Staff Attorney with the Immigration practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Dutt specializes in both temporary nonimmigrant visa petitions and permanent employment immigrant visa "green card" applications. Ms. Dutt’s core practice areas include processing of B, E, H, J, L, and TN non-immigrant visa petitions, applications for labor certification, and adjustment of status applications.

Prior to law school, Ms. Dutt served as a Business Immigration Specialist at Seyfarth Shaw from June 2004 until June 2006. During this time, Ms. Dutt served as an account lead for several of the firm's Fortune 500 companies and private corporations, spanning numerous industries.

Ms. Dutt has earned her Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science (Honors) from Bates College.
